Our products

We sell disposable towels made in the UK. Images are for illustration; colours may vary slightly. Sizes are nominal.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered and do not charge VAT. UK mainland delivery is £8.00 per order or subscription delivery. Checkout shows the total before payment. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error, and will refund any payment taken.

Payment

Online payment is handled by Stripe and is due before dispatch. We do not store your full card details. Any trade credit terms must be agreed in writing.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew and charge automatically every 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks, as selected at checkout. Each delivery carries an £8.00 UK mainland delivery charge. You can manage cancellation of future renewals through your account. Cancellation does not cancel an order already paid for; contact us about an existing order.

Free samples

Free sample packs are limited to one per UK business and are subject to availability. We may decline requests at our discretion.

Delivery and returns

See our delivery information and returns policy, which form part of these terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. For business customers, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
